Customer Service: To provide our customers the best service possible our Customer
Service e-mail is referenced on a daily basis. Once we have received the e-mail we will
provide you with a response at our earliest convenience. This will usually be within 1 to 3
business days. Please keep in mind that Customer requests or question should pertain
to Customer Related issues.

Return Policy: Once the product has been received by the Customer, the Customer will
have 7 days after the initial receive date to return the item if the product is no longer to
their liking. If an item is to be returned it must be in the same condition as when it was
received. Smudge marks, dirty collars and stains on the product are considered as
non-returnable items. Customers will also have a 30 day time period to return any items
which display an unusual amount of wear & tear of the product, such as warping &
fading of any design, and the tearing of threading within the shirt. If the Customer
chooses to return any items for any reason then the Customer is responsible for paying
the shipping amount of the product.
Refunds: All of our refunds are credited back to the Customers account used for the
initial purchase, the refund amount will only consist of the purchase amount of the shirt
plus tax if applicable. Shipping & handling will not be included.
