| provide you with a response at our earliest convenience. This will usually be within 1 to 3 | ||
| business days. Please keep in mind that Customer requests or question should pertain | ||
| to Customer Related issues. | ||

| Return Policy: Once the product has been received by the Customer, the Customer will | ||
| have 7 days after the initial receive date to return the item if the product is no longer to | ||
| their liking. If an item is to be returned it must be in the same condition as when it was | ||
| received. Smudge marks, dirty collars and stains on the product are considered as | ||
| non-returnable items. Customers will also have a 30 day time period to return any items | ||
| which display an unusual amount of wear & tear of the product, such as warping & | ||
| fading of any design, and the tearing of threading within the shirt. If the Customer | ||
| chooses to return any items for any reason then the Customer is responsible for paying | ||
| the shipping amount of the product. | ||
| Refunds: All of our refunds are credited back to the Customers account used for the | ||
| initial purchase, the refund amount will only consist of the purchase amount of the shirt | ||
| plus tax if applicable. Shipping & handling will not be included. | ||
